Quality service within 15 km of the airport. There were beautiful tourist spots close enough to this hotel, for example belgian comic strip center. Everything was very clean: )

Checkin took too long, staff knew only limited about restaurants and attractions. , But the staff was always friendly and hard-working. A forgotten item was reported immediately .. 200 EUR per night is far too expensive.

Spotless, brand-new hotel, I truly enjoyed good sized and air conditioned rooms and competent staff. My room included tv area, an iron, and a mini-bar. The location was amazing, just off the center of Brussels, the main attractions and the public transport, and the major tourist sites as well as great shopping and close to a museum and a cathedral. This was my really nice stay for a weekend.

The room was big and comfortable. Everything was in good condition! The location is good, what you can not reach on foot, you can easily reach with a tram. The breakfast was absolutely great and nicely presented! Only the coffee was too strong for me, but it is a matter of taste.

My room was on the street, which is currently a major construction site. Thus, it was very loud from about 7:45 in the morning.

Price quality: breakfast for an additional price of 23€ is too much Hotel room with single bed and poor bathroom facilities for 160€ is not according my expectations I nioticed other guests pail 120€ for the same night (double bed + breakfast included) Parking information at website: No (free) parking place near the hotel. alternative was paid parking at 300m

Stayed in extremely spacious double room with a double bed instead of a twin bed.

I loved the spacious room and the very nice breakfast selection. The rooftop terrace was a perfect spot for drinks. Staff provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. Great access to the metro was a plus 😄
